Chisora started aggressively, landing powerful hooks on Joyce, who was trying to rebuild his career after losses to Zhilei Zhang. Despite Joyce’s efforts to pressure Chisora in the later rounds, Chisora’s resilience paid off, and he managed to send Joyce to the canvas.
Joyce’s future looks uncertain after this defeat, while Chisora, who celebrated his hard-fought victory, ruled out immediate retirement. He expressed gratitude to promoter Frank Warren and announced plans for two more fights, with the next one scheduled in Manchester in December.
