Raymond Muratalla Calls Out Champions After Victory Over Tevin Farmer

Raymond Muratalla extended his unbeaten record to 21-0 with a unanimous decision win over former world champion Tevin Farmer in Las Vegas. The judges scored the fight 97-92, 96-93, and 95-94 in favor of Muratalla. Following his victory, Muratalla called out WBO lightweight champion Denys Berinchyk and WBC champion Shakur Stevenson, expressing his desire to face either of them next.

The fight, which became the main event after Janibek Alimkhanuly withdrew from his bout due to dehydration, saw Farmer initially outboxing Muratalla with his speed and counterpunching. However, Muratalla’s power and pressure wore Farmer down as the fight progressed. Farmer was deducted a point for holding in the eighth round, and Muratalla landed several significant body shots and a powerful right hand in the final round to secure his win.

Muratalla emphasized his consistent pressure as the key to his victory, while Farmer expressed frustration over the point deduction, feeling both fighters were holding. Despite the setback, Muratalla remains focused on his goal of challenging the top champions in the lightweight division.
