Customers of Emily Ratajkowski’s swimwear brand, Inamorata, have taken to social media to express their frustration over delayed orders placed during last November’s Black Friday sales.

Numerous customers have reported that orders placed months ago have yet to be fulfilled, despite repeated promises of shipment from the brand’s customer service team.

One customer, Dakota Poweska, shared her experience of reaching out to the brand multiple times since mid-January, only to be met with further delays and promises of shipment dates that were not met.

Similar sentiments have been echoed by other customers, with many expressing disappointment and frustration at the lack of communication and prolonged wait times.

In response to the outcry, Inamorata issued a statement via Instagram Stories, acknowledging the delay in fulfilling orders and offering full refunds to customers who no longer wish to wait for their purchases.

Despite the brand’s attempts to address the issue, customers remain concerned about the status of their orders and the lack of updates from the brand.

As the situation unfolds, customers await further clarification from Inamorata, while Emily Ratajkowski has yet to comment on the matter publicly.
